Easy Hassle Free Return Policy & Procedure 

  • You can return any eligible item within 30 days and receive a refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
  • Non-refundable items are: Custom made products, clearance items, miniature flags and accessories, gift certificates and worn apparel and accessories.
  • Please insure that items are in new condition and in its original packaging with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and your packing slip, as well as all accessories to ensure full credit.
  • If you have lost the packing slip that came with your order, you may download and print our Exchange/Return form in PDF format by clicking here. Simply follow the instructions on the form to refund or exchange.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. Please click here for details on how to return damaged or defective items. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.
  • FlagandBanner.com reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.
  • For orders shipped incorrectly and you have time-sensitive issues, call 800-445-0653 and press 3 for one of our friendly service representatives at our Little Rock, Arkansas call center.
  • If you receive an order that was damaged in transit, please report it within 48 hours of receipt so follow up can be made with our shipping provider in a timely fashion.

Free Shipping

Orders over $100 may be eligible for Free Shipping. Free shipping is limited to the continental United States only at this time. We will choose the best way to ship your order. Expedited freight is not available with free shipping. Flagpoles and flagpole bases are excluded. The free shipping option may show as a shipping method during checkout, this does not mean that your order is eligible for free shipping. Coupon codes and discounts are not eligible with free shipping unless otherwise stated. If you choose free shipping with a coupon code, we will bill you for shipping.

Holiday Shipping

All orders for Independence Day that are ground shipments must be placed before June 25 by 12:00 pm CST. Expedited shipping is required after June 25 for all orders to receive in time for the patriotic holiday. All orders placed for ground shipments must be placed before Dec. 17 by 12:00 pm CST to receive in time for Christmas. Expedited shipping required after Dec. 17 for all orders to receive your order in time for the holidays. Shipments are not guaranteed by our shipping provider UPS. This applies to all items in stock. All Orders received will be shipped the next day. Standard ground delivery is usually 5 to 7 business days, Monday thru Friday. Some items are made to order, these are marked in the item description to allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. If you need an item in a speedier time, contact us at 1-800-445-0653 to notify us. All packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via Air only. There is no ground service to either state for...obvious reasons. With current demand for patriotic items and their accessories, inventory levels vary.
