Argentina Civil Flag with Pole Hem and Fringe

The Argentine flag was adopted February 25, 1818. The blue color on this flag is called "celeste" by Argentines, because it is the color of the day sky. Flag bearers in Argentina often go through an intense screening process. Competition is fierce in Argentine schools to win the honor of carrying the flag. The civil version of this flag does not include the yellow Sun of May in the center.

This flag is made from durable 200-Denier nylon that has been treated to resist fading. The flag is finished with a 3 in., flannel-lined pole hem and bordered with gold rayon fringe. Its image is dyed, single-sided, and reversed on the back. This flag is suitable for indoor or parade use.

Please Note: This flag is made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping.
