This outdoor Argentina National Nylon Flag is made from durable 200-Denier nylon that has been treated to resist fading. The flag is finished with a sturdy white canvas heading and grommets. Its image is dyed, single-sided, and reversed on the back.
The Argentine flag was adopted February 25, 1818. The blue color on this flag is called “celeste” by Argentines, because it is the color of the day sky. Flag bearers in Argentina often go through an intense screening process. Competition is fierce in Argentine schools to win the honor of carrying the flag.
This flag is used by Argentina’s government and displayed at the U. N. Headquarters in New York.
