The serrated edge of 28 white points was added to distinguish Bahrain’s flag from its neighbors’ in 1932. The points were reduced to eight in 1972, then to five in 2002. The points now stand for the Five Pillars of Islam. Made from economy polyester. Made in China. Measures 2 ft. x 3 ft. This single reverse flag is dyed and finished with strong canvas headings and brass grommets.
