1923 Arkansas State Flag

Going by the original meaning of the Arkansas flag that Miss Willie Hocker created, someone noticed something was missing from the flag. Arkansas had a fourth "country" it had belonged to. Arkansas was a member of the Confederate States of America from 1861 to 1865. To correct the omission, in 1923 the legislature added a fourth blue star above the letter "R" in Arkansas and moved the single blue star to a position above the last "A".

Made of quality nylon for a strong and durable flag. Specially treated to reduce sun and chemical deterioration. Includes brass grommets and a white canvas heading.
