Grand Duchy of Luxembourg Flag

Luxembourg had no flag until 1830 during the Belgian revolution. This flag was first used 1845-48 and was officially adopted in 1972. The blue on this flag is bright blue to differentiate it from the Dutch flag. The coloring is derived from the Grand Duke's coat of arms.

This outdoor flag is made from durable 200-Denier nylon that has been treated to resist fading. The flag is finished with a sturdy white canvas heading and grommets. Its image is dyed, single-sided, and reversed on the back.

This flag is used by Luxembourg's government and displayed at the U.N. Headquarters in New York.

Please Note: This flag is made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping.
