The Kings Colors Flag is one of the military colors used by British colonial troops after 1743. As the British Union Flag, it was the standard raised by the Jamestown settlers in 1607. The design originated when King James I of England combined the St. George Cross with the Scottish Cross of St Andrew. The Kings Colors Flag is offered in nylon or cotton. Each flag is finished with a white canvas heading and brass grommets.
Please Note: We recommend bringing cotton flags indoors before inclement weather hits to avoid color bleeding. The cotton flag uses larger grommets so we recommend the use of our Never Furls for hanging with your 1 in. diameter flagpole.
