, “The Red-and-White.” It is based on the banner of the 13th century Majapahit Empire in Java. Red stands for courage and white represents purity.
This flag is made from durable 200-Denier nylon that has been treated to resist fading. The flag is finished with a 3 in., flannel-lined pole hem with Velcro hang tab and bordered with gold rayon fringe. Its image is dyed, single-sided, and reversed on the back. This flag is suitable for indoor or parade use.
