We are currently seeking Sales Consultants in Little Rock, Arkansas

We are looking for two friendly, helpful associates to assist customers via phone and showroom and to perform other inter-office and inventory fulfillment duties.

Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers with purchases
Become a flag expert
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and help them make the right purchase
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
Help other departments when needed
Restock shelves
Keep store clean, organized, and decorate for seasonal displays
Look up customer history on computer
Decorate and make displays of new items

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer support role
Strong communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with computers and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
High school degree or equivalent
