You’ve received your order and now you want to return it or would like an exchange. So what do you do?

Prior to mailing your return, please see our return policy below.

If you just want a simple return or exchange, there is no need to call us first. On the reverse side of your packing slip, you will find a form to fill out and include in your return package. Need a new form? Download one here. Be sure to keep your return tracking number handy. 

Did we make a mistake? Something was broken? Before making that return, give us a call at 800-445-0653 to speak with one of customer service representatives, or email customersupport@flagandbanner.com. Be sure to include your order number for fastest service.

Note: Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of package.

FlagandBanner.com Returns and Exchanges Policy:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the package.
  • All international orders ARE FINAL AND the purchaser is responsible for duties and taxes.
  • We do not accept returns on made-to-order items or custom products.
  • Your refund will be issued in the payment method it was received.
  • Shipping and processing fees charged by 3rd Parties will not be reimbursed.
  • Packages must be prepaid. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.
  • If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping charge will be reimbursed. 
  • Keep your shipping receipts until you have received credit for your return. We reserve the right to require proof of return shipment, in the form of a receipt, to credit your account.
  • Returns are processed Monday through Friday during shipping hours. If your return package is received after the warehouse has closed for the day or over the weekend, your return will be processed the next business day.
