You can learn more about Taborian Hall and the Dreamland Ballroom on our history and "love story" pages. The ballroom itself is the third floor of historic Taborian Hall (the Arkansas Flag and Banner building) in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas, visible from the I-630 freeway. Step into history and feel the ghosts of greatness that stood and performed on the Dreamland stage in the 1900's. Duke Ellington, BB King, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Louis Armstrong, Ray Charles and many other musicians left a part of themselves through their music in this great ballroom. Come stand on the same stage and feel their presence. Look out into the ballroom and see the faces of those that listened and danced.

Found on the third floor of Taborian Hall, Dreamland Ballroom has captivated all who enter. Tours have led to events. Events inspired a book published by UALR, and AETN has filmed a documentary about this mystical place called Dreamland. Placed on the National Register of Historic Places by the United States and the Arkansas Historic Preservation Society, this is a must see treasure in your own back yard.
